Complete electrical package for St Mary’s Hospital, a 153 bed purpose-built student accommodation development. Comprising of a mixture of studios, two bed apartments and townhouses including a central reception area, communal areas, gym and offices.

Complete electrical package to include co-ordination, supply, 1st and 2nd 2nd fix installation, project management, testing, commissioning and handover.

Design and build scope of works includes lighting, small power, mains power, alarm system, PV system, data, fibre, audio entry & voice link, TV system, CCTV and lightning protection.

Due to complete 2022.
