The project involved a completely new electrical installation for the 3 no. restaurants located within the ground floor and basement of the premises.

The project also involved a completely new electrical installation for the 6 no. refurbished flats over four floors with the communal entrances split on the ground floor.

Scope of works included; new incoming supply to new metered MCCB panel to serves the distribution boards throughout the project. New fire alarm system that communicates with the fire alarm system for the flats located above the restaurants. New lighting and small power. New video intercom / door entry system. Emergency lighting. Electric heaters & towel rails installed throughout. New data, TV, WIFI and telephone points and installed throughout
