Victoria Point, Manchester

Blocks 3 and 4 Manchester Victoria point was a full electrical refurbishment of existing student accommodation to bring up to date with the new Empiric design scheme.

This project was completed over an 8 month period, with an average of 6 electricians on the ground altering existing student accommodations to suit the architects new scheme and fall in line wit the previously completely refurbished Block 5.

In addition to this Blocks 3 and 4 had the underground parking turned into communal areas for the students that live there during term time.

This included a gym with full set up of cardio equipment and the capacity for the equipment to be interactive.

A cinema room and meeting rooms with bars and a kitchen area that we designed ourselves alongside the architects to achieve a very effective and stylish space for the students to use.
